INTRODUCTION
The terms and conditions which follow (the "Terms of Sale") control your legal rights with respect to all products purchased through the TROY Online Store. All products are sold by TROY Systems International, Inc. ("TROY") to you (the "Customer"). You may have additional rights under the laws of your state. By accepting delivery of products purchased through the TROY Online Store, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms of Sale. TROY reserves the right to alter these Terms of Sale at any time, without prior notice to Customer. OTHER DOCUMENTS DO NOT APPLY. These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product which is made subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and an authorized representative of TROY.
WARRANTY
General Warranty and Limitations of Liabilities
All TROY products are sold subject to limited warranties and limitations of liabilities. Particular TROY Products may be sold with additional warranties. For additional information regarding TROY warranty policies and limitations of liabilities for a particular product(s) please e-mail us at info@troygroup.com, or call our customer service center at 1-800-332-MICR, during the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST or PDT. TROY reserves the right to modify or alter its warranties at any time, without notice to Customer.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prices
Prices and shipping charges are provided on the TROY Customer order form. Prices do not include sales tax. Unless Customer provides TROY with a valid government or non-profit tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase, TROY will withhold sales tax where applicable. Even if TROY does not withhold sales tax, Customer may be responsible to pay sales tax in their state, county, or municipality.
Terms of Payment
Terms of payment will be established at TROY's discretion. TROY must receive payment prior to TROY's acceptance of Customer's order. Payment will be made by credit card or check. Orders are not binding upon TROY until accepted by TROY. Any quotation provided by TROY will be binding on TROY for the time period specified in the quotation. If no time period is identified, the quotation will be valid for 48 hours after it is issued. TROY is not responsible for typographical mistakes, including but not limited to mistakes affecting prices quoted for products offered through the TROY Online Store. If Customer pays using a credit card, Customer's order is subject to approval of the bank or other financial institution that issued Customer's card. TROY will not be liable and the Customer's order will not be accepted by TROY if the bank refuses to approve Customer's purchase or refuses to accept or honor Customer's credit card. If Customer's card and purchase are accepted and approved, Customer agrees to pay its obligations to its credit card issuer as required under the terms of Customer's agreement with the issuer.
SHIPMENT TERMS
TROY will ship to Customer addresses in the 50 United States. TROY is unable to ship outside the United States, or to APO and FPO boxes. TROY will not ship to Post Office boxes. Prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, or return processing charges (see "Returns"). Title and risk of loss pass from TROY to Customer upon shipment from a TROY-designated distribution facility to Customer. TROY may deliver products in installments. Any delivery or shipment date provided to Customer is TROY's good-faith estimate. Customer acknowledges that TROY product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. TROY will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. TROY reserves the right to suspend shipment of particular products at TROY's discretion. TROY agrees to notify Customer if TROY chooses not to ship particular products that have been ordered by Customer.
EXPORT CONTROL
All products purchased through the TROY Online Store are purchased for use in the United States only. Except where specifically agreed in the warranty statement accompanying the product, TROY will not honor product warranties for products limited to United States sales that are submitted for repair or replacement outside the United States. Customer acknowledges that products purchased through the TROY Business Store are subject to United States export control laws and regulations. Customer agrees to comply with all such laws and regulations. "NO RESALE" Customer agrees that any product(s) it purchases through the TROY Business Store is purchased for its own use, and not for resale.

RETURNS
Return Goods Process
To return product, contact TROY's Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-332-MICR. If a product was delivered in an inoperable condition, TROY will arrange for the product to be picked up by TROY's designated returns carrier and returned to TROY at TROY's expense. At its option, TROY will repair or replace inoperable products, or will refund the purchase price. If you are returning your product for any other reason, you are responsible for payment of return freight, as well as for any damage to the product while in transit back to TROY. TROY recommends that Customer obtain insurance for products they are returning to TROY. Upon receiving TROY's approval to return a product, Customer will be assigned a Return Goods Authorization Number (called an RGA Number). Products will only be accepted within thirty (30) days after the RGA Number is issued. Only one RGA Number will be issued per product.
Returns Terms and Conditions
For all printers, accessories, networking products, and supplies, TROY will impose a restocking fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of product price, excluding tax and shipping charges. TROY will test all products upon return. TROY reserves the right to impose freight and restocking charges on Customers that wrongly claim the products they are returning are inoperable. Returned products must include all cables, software, manuals, documentation, and packaging materials. If Customer fails to include with its return all items shipped to Customer, TROY reserves the right to charge Customer for any missing items. Printers returned containing installed toner will not be accepted. Unsealed printer toner cartridges may not be returned to TROY. TROY must receive returned products in like-new condition. TROY reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that show excessive wear and tear. TROY reserves the right to charge Customer for any costs incurred by TROY in restoring returned product as necessary for the resale of product as refurbished product.
Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.
Products can only be shipped to addresses in the 50 United States.
